Welcome to the 2003 Resnet Training

This year's training will focus on the following topics:

- Desktop and laptop adapter installation
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- HEAT call logging
- Sophos antivirus intallation and usage
- Outlook and OWA e- mail
- DMCA guidelines and procedures (regarding downloaded media)

Training will run from 9 am until 4 pm each day. Some evening hands-on training may also be available.
