Web Printing Now Available!

Web printing is now available via our print quota software to a good portion of our printers in the labs around campus. The service allows users to upload a file through a web page and choose from a selection of print queues from which to print. Currently it allows printing of PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and XPS files.



To try it out login to the PaperCut site at http://webprint.oneonta.edu/. This link is also available on the top our helpdesk site.



On the left you should see this menu, click Web Print. Click it then click "Submit a Job"









Choose your printer. You can search by printer name.





Choose options for your job







Upload your file. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF and XPS files are supported.







The status of your job is displayed.
