Good over all. However a lot of times I can not access my email or Blackboard from my room computer and then have to go to the lab to check it which can be annoying.

Problems of this type are frustrating and we can certainly emphasize especially when so much of your school work is tied to the Internet. Make sure you report any problems when you are having to the Help Desk at the time you are having them; you will notice an improvement. We guarantee it!
