I received a message in my Oneonta e-mail saying that my mail box is full, what should I do?

The first place to start is to clean out your Inbox. Check the size of the e-mails that you want to keep. If you have e-mails which contain large files or pictures they can take up a lot of space. Also dont forget to empty out your Sent Items, Drafts and Deleted Items folders.
