Could I enter IMAP and SMTP servers manually? How about POP servers?

You can manually setup other email clients like Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird to access your myOneonta email account. Use the following settings to do so.

IMAP Server (incoming mail) IMAP.GMAIL.COM

POP Server (incoming mail) POP.GMAIL.COM

Outgoing Server (outgoing mail) SMTP.GMAIL.COM

Email Account username@suny.oneonta.edu

Note: In order to setup your myOneonta email with another email client or smartphone you will have to synchronize your email password by changing or resetting your password. You can do this online at http://www.oneonta.edu/useradmin If you are a new student or have already changed your password in the last month you do not need to do this step.
