Select a file or files and click "Publish this file to the Web". If you have not selected a file, then the the task will change to "Publish this folder to the Web"

Click next


Login to Coppermine with your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, you may request one by filling out this online form (You must login to the website first)


Select the files you would like to upload into you gallery by checking the box in the upper right corner of the image

Select "SUNY Oneonta Academic Computing Online Media Gallery" from the list of Service Providers

Choose an existing album to upload the files into or create a new album. Choose "My gallery" to have the album created in the user gallery section under your account, or "No catagory" to have the gallery display on the front page

Uncheck "Do you want to resize these pictures". Coppermine does this for you


Click finish once the pictures have been uploaded to the server
