Help Desk Support Consultants are available as follows:

Sunday, January 14; Monday, January15; Tuesday, January 16: You may get help from our teams roving the halls of your building helping students to get connected to the network. Well be in the residence halls:

• Sunday, January 14 2 pm - 7 pm
• Monday, January 15 9:30 am - 12 pm; 1:00 - 5:00 pm; 6 pm - 9 pm
• Tuesday, January 16 9:30 am - 12 pm; 1:00 - 5:00 pm; 6 pm - 9 pm

Appointments are not available on these days. You must be in your room for us to work on your computer. We will try our best to get to as many students as we can! Help Desk phone/walk-in support is also available 8 am to 8 pm.

Beginning Wednesday, January 17 getting connected is available via scheduled appointments. Please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at x4567 to make an appointment. Be prepared! We have many appointments the first few weeks.

When classes are in session, the Help Desk hours of operation:

- Monday to Thurs 8 am to 11 pm
- Friday 8 am to 9 pm
- Saturday Noon to 9 pm
- Sunday Noon to 11 pm
