Wide Format Printing

Academic Computing Services now offers Wide Format Printing for SUNY Oneonta students in the Milne Technology Center in the basement level of the Milne Library. We have two printers; the Epson Stylus Pro 7800 and Epson Stylus Photo 2200, available on an appointment basis or you can arrange a drop-off for your digital images and well have them ready to pick up within *72 hours.

The Epson Stylus Pro 7800 is available for printing projects up to 24" wide and 90" high at a cost of $.50 per linear inch. Included in this price is either double-matte or Premium Luster roll paper.

The Epson Stylus Photo 2200 is also available for printing high quality archival prints. This printer supports paper sizes up to 13" wide by 19" high at a cost of $.10 per linear inch. This printer is BYOEP (Bring Your Own Epson Paper). We recommend printing on Epson Brand Inkjet paper ONLY.

To set up a time to have your documents printed on the Epson Stylus 7800 or 2200 please call the Help Desk at x4567 to make an appointment.

*We offer a new digital file drop-off at the Printing Station in Tabin Computer Lab. Call the Help Desk at x4567 to inquire about when the Printer Station staff is on duty so you can arrange the drop-off. A Printer Station staff member MUST be on duty to drop your files off. You will be called within 72 hours of drop-off to pick up your completed prints.

Before you come to print make sure you review the cost charts to get an estimate of the cost of your wide format print job. Then check your print quota to ensure you have enough quota to print your project. Your printer quota must cover the cost of the print job before we can print it.
